President, Vice President, Recording Secretary (Minutes), Corresponding Secretary (Mail/Communications), Treasurer, and Sergeant at Arms.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Please submit your nominations for the Board of Directors - select up to 5 choices.

TERMS
The term is for 1 year. September 2018 through September 2019

According to Roost By-Laws, Officers should not be absent for 3 consecutive meetings without sufficient cause acceptable to the Roost. Article IX, 3.

According to Roost By-Laws, Directors are required to attend 50% of the scheduled meetings in a 12 month period. Article VI, 7.G.

NOMINATIONS PROCESS
Note - Please nominate yourself or any other Roost member who you believe would be good candidates for these positions. All members who are nominated will be advised that they have been nominated for a position. Prior to being added to the Elections Ballot, any member who is nominated for a position will be advised of the nomination. The nominated member has the right to refuse the nomination if they are not compelled to fill the position.

PLEASE PLACE YOUR NOMINATIONS BEFORE SEPTEMBER 19, 2018 WHICH IS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO OUR SEPTEMBER ELECTION. WE HAVE THAT AS A CUT-OFF DATE TO ALLOW US TIME TO NOTIFY ALL MEMBERS WHO WERE NOMINATED AND TO PREPARE THE ELECTIONS BALLOT FOR THE SEPTEMBER ELECTION.
